Olive Oil

Olive oil is produced only from olive tree (Olea europaea sativa Hoffm. et Link), can be consumed naturally without the need of any chemical treatment and is in liquid state in room temperature.


Harvest

We need to harvest in the season when phenol components and antioxidant substances in olive are at the highest level. While this season may change depending on the species and region, it is generally the time when olive turns from green into a reddish color. When we collect olives in reddish color with rich content, we know we are getting closer step by step to the optimal olive oil for health.

Packaging

For our products, we are using recyclable packages in parallel with consumer demands or standard packaging list. So as to ensure retrospective traceability, packages are traced via their lot numbers.
